Cancellation Policy

This cancellation policy is applicable to the following products: Consultation, Full Assessment, Family Wellness Review. 

• Your appointment may be rescheduled twice. If for some reason it needs to be rescheduled a third time, there will be a $75 fee that must be paid prior to your appointment.
• If you cancel your appointment, there are no refunds available once you have submitted any of your questionnaires. As Meg starts to review and prepare for your appointment once she receives them. 
• If you cancel your appointment prior to submitting any questionnaires you may receive a refund, however there will be a cost of refund, this amount will vary depending on the program you are cancelling. 
• If you have submitted your questionnaires and want to cancel, you will not receive a refund, and you are not able to transfer your appointment to another person. 

This cancellation policy is applicable to the following products: Healthy Habits Challenge beginner and Intermediate:
